Which players received winter upgrades at FUT 20?

If the player gets an upgrade, the new standard card is implemented in the game and can then be sold in packages. However, the old standard cards with old scores remain in the game, but are only available in the transfer market and are no longer sold in sets. If you have a standard card for an accepted player in your class, that card will remain the same.
Why is there a refresh rate?
Although the player value in FIFA’s kick-off mode fluctuates and regularly adapts to real-life performance, the standard card of FIFA Ultimate Team is not flexible. In the weeks after the start of the second half of the season, only once a year, the standard rating of these players who are particularly convincing this season has been raised.
Will it be downgraded?
Once, EA Sports “dared” to devalue players in the winter. At FUT 17, when “Winter Upgrade” was renamed to “Rating Refresh”, EA introduced a downgrade. For FUT 18, the game maker once again gave up the idea, only upgrading players, no longer lower their level. FUT 20 will not be downgraded.
What about special cards?
Upgrading standard cards, in turn, affects special cards for players who have already been upgraded-this is where things get complicated.
If the standard card reaches the same level as the player’s special card or even exceeds its special level, the special card will also be adjusted to continue to get better. If the player has several special cards, always adjust the next better special card to make it still better than the worse card.
To illustrate this, please refer to the example of FUT 19: Virgil van Dijk’s standard card has been upgraded from +3 to his standard card (85), so he got another 88 points gold card. Then his message increased from 86 to 89, his second message and his RTTF card increased from 87 to 90. However, his annual team card remains at level 95.
