Path of Exile: There Are Many Things To Worry About In This Extension

Every 3 months, Grinding Gear Games announces a new League of Ways to Exile. This hardcore aRPG dating back to Diablo 2 is arguably one of the best free-to-play video games of all time.

“Delirium” takes it to a new level, jewelry adds new path options to your passive tree, and Uniques enables new versions. Of course, the missed opportunities in this league are equal.

Path of Exile’s Delirium league is coming. There are many exciting things about this expansion, but there are also many things to worry about:

Difficulty

Since these monsters have powerful modifiers that make them stronger than most enemies, if Grinding Gear Games can’t balance it properly, it can cause some strange spikes in difficulty.

Of course, if you don’t want to participate in the mechanics, you can completely skip the interaction with the mirror, but in this way, they will get lost in the entire league. Since these nightmares also provide powerful talent to existing enemies, it may escalate the entire nightmare, or worse, cause only a small part of the build to defeat end bosses such as Conqueror or Sirius.

League Mechanic Bloat

After publishing dozens of leagues for the Road to Exile, most leagues have entered the core game in some way.

Most leagues are added to the core game by randomly generating maps, usually with a probability of about 10%. Although this is good for several leagues, now we can have two to three events happening on one map at the same time. With the addition of Delirium Orb, and the addition of the league itself, including the earlier league mechanism, each map must become fatigued by managing six meta-game systems at the same time.

Simulacrum

The simulacrum is an endgame map of the “Delirium” league that players are working to complete. Every falling debris encountered by Delirium will generate this map after 100 merges.

Similar to leagues like “Breakthrough” and “Legion”, the 100 Insurgency will create a dedicated map that will store a difficult encounter and, once successfully completed, will reward a lot of loot. Unlike those leagues, “Delirium” can only play one endgame map, not Breach’s four games or Legion’s five games. This can cause Simulacrum to become very boring after repeated runs. The loot in the map may also be overwhelmed, which may further exacerbate the problem.

Reward Frequency

Although there may be many fragments in the Delirium encounter, the drop of the monster itself may be unbearable.

Some leagues on the Road to Exile have added a large number of monsters that have contributed to the growth of the currency and potential map drops. Dislikes that bosses like “Bestiary” are more concerned about alliance alliances because nothing can make up for the lack of currency decline in each Map.

Although “Delirium” does not seem to be related to the number of monsters, the lack of good rewards for these monsters may cause players to skip the encounter entirely, especially if the rewards on the Simulacrum map are insufficient.

Performance

Each league on the Road to Exile drives the visual quality and technical performance of the game. With so many things happening, it’s not uncommon for games to freeze temporarily in the last few leagues.

With “Delirium”, the number of enemies on the screen plus dense fog can cause the performance of most people’s PCs to decrease significantly. To make matters worse, this could drop the console version of the game to single digits if not properly optimized, making the league unable to play on the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 console.

This is probably the best league ever created for The Road to Exile, but it won’t do much good if no one can actually play new content without serious performance issues.

In addition, in general, in order to make you really have fun, we have considered many methods, such as publishing POE farming tips and strategies from time to time, promoting POE transactions, providing POE items on the website, and Poe currency Eznpc.
